Re: Purebronz bulbs

$8.95 for 100w R lamps. They are a step up form the OEM lamp which was a bit weak.

Give me a call.

Tanning Buyer's Group has 100 watt tubes for $7.50-$9.95. I've gotten 100 watt tubes on clearance for $5, but buyer beware. I knew what I was buying so I wasn't concerned.

Re: Purebronz bulbs

I would stay well clear of that type of lamp. Country of origin should be the mantra of all salon owners. If it's not Lighttech, Narva or Hereaus then DONT BUY DONT BUY DONT BUY

Re: Purebronz bulbs

I have used 5.5 and A-Max (every-other) in standups and beds without many issues the past. Maybe 2/3 early burnouts per 100.

Changing at 250 hours at half cost per lamp or 500 at double the cost.

Your customers will take the 250 hour change any day.

Re: Purebronz bulbs

I am in business for the "Green". The same as the people selling lamps.

Re: Purebronz bulbs

To compensate for the shipping and leaving out your core labor costs you would need to pay...

$3.33 a lamp to break even on your credit card bill. If you add in labor you are probably talking less than $2/lamp.

Not quite sure you have done your math correctly

Re: Purebronz bulbs

Not to mention the cost of recycling the old lamps, but I'm guessing yours are bound for the dumpster, so that would be free.

Re: Purebronz bulbs

Do not pay for shipping.

If your really taking care of your equipment you would be doing a deep clean every 250 hours anyway. Clean acrylics/filters 50 hours then change deep clean @250.

Top drop 100wr @250.

Recycling the old lamps is a must and pennies per lamp.

Hmm, I'll have to look around. I'm getting ripped off!
