On trial, for the first time ever, will be a salons right to say that UVB produces vitamin D.

We are not seeking to make health claims, and we believe this isn't one, but the State differs and thinks that ANY use of the words vitamin D (even regarding the supplements we give away) is an implied health benefit.

It is a jury trial and Dr Holick is our expert witness. We obviously believe in the merits of our case, but you roll the dice anytime you walk into a courtroom, so we will see.

Now I have a question, what effects do you get using 160 watt bulbs in a 180 watt machine. Normally our supplier sends bulb showing 160 - 200 watt bulbs, for some reason they shipped straight 160 watt for our 180 watt stand up. I always use it but it feels totally different from before. So is it hazardous to use?
