Re: Just wondering different lamps

The goal here was to mix high A and high B lamps so they would have the kick and tan all in one.

Just put in some SuprasŪ and you will get the best of both worlds in one. The high A and High B will be throughout the bed instead of alternated.

Re: Just wondering different lamps

Main benefit would be for our customers and not us, 1 of our main problems, which i think many would have come across is, during busy/peak times having people queing for beds. Since alot of our customers are 'blue collar' workers then most tend to turn up roughly at the same time.

Re: Just wondering different lamps

As John stated, alternating lamps gives you the best of both and pleases all skin types.

Been doing that for a long time as it's the best results i've found over going with only 1 type of lamp.

a 5.5% UVB alternating with a SolGlass......works amazing.

Re: Just wondering different lamps

So anyway Brian, which lamps would you recommend then? We have at present 6 Tansun Symphany's running 48 Titan Tri-tans, 2 metre( Cosmedico Trio's) 225-250W. 4 Sunquest Eclipse's, again with Titan's Tri-tan, these are 1760m and rated at 200W. Another 2 Symphany's using Epcot Leisure's Plasma Trio's(URI make these i think!) rated at 250W. 2 Sunquest Aurora's running the Plasma Trio's but they are 1760cm, rated at 200W, and finially a couple of oldish ergoline 600's which i ain't going to re'lamp this year.
Also, who stocks Supra lamps in the UK? do you know?
Many thanks

Re: Just wondering different lamps

Supra sticks are made in the US and not sold in Europe and URI does not make lamps.

If you are looking for a good lamp supplier call UV Power in Germany. They have a distributor in the UK as well.
