ETS Legend 548 HELP PLEASE

I bought 4 ETS Legend 548's a 1 1/2 yrs ago from Sunsally (Ann). I have tried to contact her several times with no help so I am looking for someone that can help with this ongoing issue. We installed 2 at one store and 2 at another. We are having major issues at 1 store and starting to have same issues at another store.

It all started with buzzing in the Tmax Manager and it would say "searching for" random beds. I felt like the issue was bed 1 which is one of the 548's just from what employees were explaining. I called AD and they said to replace all the comm chips in the beds. Did that and didn't fix anything.

The buzzing became more frequent and now the bed would randomly turn off mid session. Called AD again and they said replace timer. $650 later the timer didn't fix the problem.

Sometimes the Manager would not pick up Bed #1 (548) so we replaced the Manager and that seemed to work for a while. We have replaced the manager 3 times now and each time there has been problems in the manager when we sent them in for repair.

Got tired of replacing managers so we plugged a 3a in behind the bed and took Bed #1 off the Tmax loop. This cured the Manager issues and told me the problem was indeed in Bed #1.

Now the 548 is running standalone and will shut off time to time mid session still and the fan will continue to run for 5 minutes. It flashed D02 on the timer handle which I have not been able to locate that error description. I believe there was another E error.. I believe E11 which isnt in the book

The handle in the bed which has the secondary timer and controls would not stay in position so I thought maybe bed cleaner was getting in that board and causing issues. $300 later replacing the timer board, the button display and the handle it still is not fixed.

I have some very upset customers because this is happening several times per day.

Other items to add..
1. It seems to be happening mostly 5-7pm at night which is weird because its not our busiest time of the day but pretty steady.
2. No issues with the other 548 which is our Bed #6 in the same store.
3. I am constantly replacing lamps on all 4 of these beds. Several burnt electronic ballasts. etc. etc. I was told to go with original lamps because of the electronic ballasts which helped but still a contant battle.
4. Never had timer issues with any of my 3 stores till we installed these beds.
5. Bed has been taken apart and inspected. I have looked for lose, burnt wires, fans not working and everything seems to be in place.

NOW.. the last couple days I have the same 548 at another store and its in the beginning stages of doing the same thing. Tmax Manager buzzes and turns that bed red. Employee cycles power on bed and manager and seems to work fine for a while.

I NEED HELP.. Has anyone had these issues? Who can I trust to come look at this issue since it cannot be duplicated on command? I assume someone that knows this particular bed inside and out. Surely someone has had this issue since I am having this issue at 2 locations. Any information would be appreciated!
