Sonnenbraun 732/3 one facial lamp not lighting

Need some troubleshooting ideas...

The right facial lamp isn't lighting (My wife said it has for her, but i haven't seen it)...

1. I swapped the bulbs around, and know all the bulbs are good.
2. Looked through the top of the bed, all 3 fans appear to be working

What things should I check next? Where can I order replacement parts if necessary? Preferably without a phone call, much prefer just ordering online with prices.. lol

Any help appreciated. :)

Ignitor, trace the socket wires back to the ignitor & then swap that with one that you know works. After that you should look capacitors or ballast.

Thanks John

Think this igniter would work?

http://www.amazon.com/400W-May-Chris...anning+igniter

Says "Fits virtually all 400W sun bed applications"

Re: Sonnenbraun 732/3 one facial lamp not lighting

It's hard to find much maintenance information for these things... Are the ballasts, ignitors, capacitors for the facials and canopy bulbs below the bed, or do I have to tear the canopy apart?

Sorry for all the questions!

If you moved the lamp out to other facial cassette and it worked? Then check your connections for one. Make sure wires under screws are tight. Before ordering a new igniter, take a working ignitor iand put it in the non working cassette to see if that fixes your problem.
