FYI - Ultrasun are voltage sensitive. Some brands are, some aren't. Ultrasun are. You want them to be running at 220V ideally. If a unit is running hot (physically warm) - the voltage may be too high and overdriving the unit. This can lead not only to discomfort to the tanner from the heat, but more wear and tear on the unit, faster degredation of lamps and higher AC costs.

When you get your amp meter definitely test all your units. If you have buckboosters on them, check it both going INTO the transformer and coming out. For each unit.

I doubt that there would have been "T" in the conversation without me. (haha)

Matter of fact, pretty boring conversation on this forum without Tony and Peach adding a little sarcasm and humor. I love it.

Luckily we have always had the "Say What" forum, which is specifically designed for

"This is a forum for tanning professionals to discuss topics and issues unrelated to the tanning industry."

This is also a great place to add any snarky comments, sarcasm and humor related to tanning but for entertainment purposes as opposed to helping salon owners improve their businesses.

Post away!

^^^^Without a doubt, most are related to Tanning. It's the back and forth bantering, that makes me always here. Hopefully, we get more lurkers involved, because unlike the other Forum, one can post here without getting a new ***hole ripped into them. C'mon folks get involved.

That is something else that we really didn't get into in the previous conversation. You will eat up a ton of amps with HP beds. Salons with several eat up 800 amps easily.
