Rep Power: 16 | Need help with a Matrix L28 I purchased a used Matrix L28 (high pressure bed). Upon installation we find out that the bed and issue with the main relay since we smell "a burn" smell, we realized that one of the connection was burned and we had to replace the relay. While the technician replaced the replay, possibly another damaged happened as he caused some type of "arcing" as he said, which tripped all the breakers. Now to the issue - not all the lamps are turning on (they all did when we tested the bed before we purchased it). We checked the buck boosters and their output is 219 volt. Any ideas ?? A. Is 219 volt sufficient voltage to operate the bed ?(Are the boosters not strong enough and that's why not all the lamps turn on?) B. Is it a bed / part issue that possibly got damaged due to the relay issue / arcing ? Thanks in advance for any help ! |
