Futuresun HP Facial Issue - tanTALK

Hello!

So our Dr Muller Futuresun HP facials are coming on dim, and the medium setting is the highest. I know we've been given a code to fix this in the past but can't get ahold of anyone to give us that code to punch in. Its the 10 minute version of the HP.

Can anyone help?

Probably bad board.

Its happened before and Ive been able to call tech support at future industries for a series of buttons to hit and it brings it back to the correct settings.
