Master Sun 360/Transformers

We have been having issues with the wire nuts, wire tape, wires, etc. burning up (melting) inside our transformers for our Master Sun 360. I am hoping someone may have experienced this in the past and can give me a suggestion on what we can do to solve this issue.

Thank you,

Kevin

Robert,

Could you elaborate? I am not sure I follow.

Thanks,

Re: Master Sun 360/Transformers

We call them bugs. They are a copper nut and bolt that you insert the wires into and then tighten down. You then wrap them with shrink tape

Re: Master Sun 360/Transformers

Thanks guys!

We have been using split bolt connectors and wrapping them with tape, but we are still having an issue with the tap burning up.

Re: Master Sun 360/Transformers

Make sure you use heat tape or shrink tape. It is a heavy rubber tape.

Let me ask you a personal question? Are you foreign that you speak like this? Just saying, you are hard to understand with this type of conversing. Just trying to understand your method of conversation. Thx for explaining.
