SS755 Overheating

I have a ETS ss755 tanning bed in my salon. I love it and the customers love it. When we first installed it 3 years ago it would overheat, but we were pushing the bed to it's limit. Now we are having it overheat more and more often, even when it's not hot at all. Talked to the company and they say many things but nothing that actually fixes the problem. Is anyone else having this problem?

Also we have 5 bulbs out on the bottom and we can't figure out why. the ballasts are good we checked, replaced starters and bulbs and still nothing. Any help would be great.

Put a fan in room , also see if the wires are push in to socket good, if so more likely it a relay.

Re: SS755 Overheating

We think we have the overheating problem under control. I've been on the phone with tech a dozen times about the bulbs not lighting. We checked all the ballasts, all the relays, capacitors, wires, even replaced the starters, and lamp holders. 5 bulbs on the bottom still won't fire up. They are at a loss at what to do, I don't know what to do. Any other suggestions?

Re: SS755 Overheating

if you have 5 lamps out all together its either a bad ballest or a burnt wire.
Take a break.................and then look again

If you checked all these items and all were working properly, then you would have lamps working. Hire some one that knows what they are doing. Best guess for five lamps in a row is the capacitor. All the blue wires route back to a group of capacitors. It does not distinguish in the manual which cap they go to, but as far as parts goes that would make the most sense. tray to bench harness could be burnt internally.

Re: SS755 Overheating

We had a tech out twice and they fixed nothing. Kept telling us they were in talks with the company and were troubleshooting the problem. Found out by contacting JK tech support they never contacted them and told us not to have them back again. The problem is we have no one in or around our area that works on tanning beds. So the company gave us a guy who is 75 miles away and can't get us in for another 3 weeks, so we are trying on our own.
The odd thing is the 5 bulbs are not all bunched together. The only thing we didn't personally check are the capacitors we took the "repairman's" word that they are working. Capacitors are the one thing I don't like to mess with.
We were on the phone with tech support checking the pins on the bench harness and he said all the pins were getting power.
