I need to add a high pressure unit. There are some things going on with our location so I don't want to spend too much so I know I will be looking at older units. I have a lead on the blue flex(?) Omega but needs a new front cover/panel. Came across a N'Joy w/ mattress. I hope to find something with a good maintenance record, great tanning results and no more than $4- maybe $5k. Suggestions?

If you are seeking true full HP - no tube lamps - than for $4-5K will certainly be on the low side!

Are you assuming you would be responsible for new lamps at that price? (if so - plan on spending another $500-1000 depending on which unit you buy/how many lamps).

N'Joy with mattress is small but "cute" and tans nicely. You can still get parts through PC tan which is an advantage.

Other mattress units you might find like Ultrabronze 812 or 818 or Supernova's maybe?

We have the N' joy mattress version in our salon. It works well for our market, and we paid $3400 for it 5 years ago. One nice thing about this unit is that it will operate on just a 40amp, 3 phase circuit. We charge $20 a session, and am able to sell this to our student cliant base. We had a larger 360 HP at one time, but couldn't sell the sessions for what we needed,($30) in order to pay for it.
