I have a Sunstar ZX 32 Series that is giving me problems.

The top acrylic is falling out when people open the bed from the inside. I'm aware this is probably caused by them pushing up on the acrylic instead of the handles, but it has just recently started happening. I have had the bed for 4 years.

When the acrylic comes out the screws are still in the lock position. This leads me to believe the acrylic is popping out from the other side which is simply a lip that it fits in to.

Is it possible the lip is just worn thin? I cannot seem to locate a replacement part.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?

your not getting it in all the way when replacing.

When inserting the canopy acrylic, flex it until you see it clearly fits all the way across. You will here it too. tanu01 is probably correct. common problem.

I have realized the bulbs were replaced recently and it probably wasn't put back in right...

can i ask a question i have 4 bulbs on bottm 1 on top whats the problem i checked ballasts four were cold replaced them still problem

The ballast being cold just means that the lamps are not lit. Have you checked the starters? Are the lamps side by side?

lamps will go if all is fine swap lamp to see if the problem , staters are next then check wiring make sure the wire is seated in socket, if still have problem call a tect.
