Rep Power: 0  | Replacement ballasts - sunhorse FEP-120-600l l Hey guys, Have a 12 bulb home canopy unit that is having some ballast issues. of the six ballasts one has a dead short thru the transistor taking out both bulbs and another has a yet unidentified problem with one side taking another bulb. I CAN find more of these "10 pin" choke ballasts on ebay but for the $40-$70 I would rather go with a more modern setup. I have been looking at the Sunhorse FEP- 120-600l ( http://horse.fulham.com/product-syst...orse-ballasts/ ) But I'm a bit hesitant because Fulham does not list the F71 bulb on the approved list( the F72 is ) Is it just because of the bi-pin vs RDC ends? Also the Ballast will be driving 4 100/120 watt bulbs. How can the max load be 320watts? thats only 80 watts available per lamp. |
