Ergoline Passion 34/3

Has anyone had issues with the main PCB board failing on a fairly new Passion? We purchased 3 of these beds just over 2 years ago and have seemed to have nothing but issues from the start. We have 12 year old Ergolines that we've never had PCB board failures with. First the hinges on these Passions were constantly needing to be adjusted as the temperature changed in the salon. Finally added a weight to the canopy and readjusted them all. Seems to be working. Then the Ergonomic acrylics began failing at just over a year old. Fighting tooth and nail I finally got new ones sent but they were just the basic flat acrylics that also had extra hardware that had to be installed. Of course installing them was at my own expense. Never once did Tan Marketing, the distributor, admit these were defective acrylics/bad design flaw from the get go which they were. Then one of the beds at just over a year old had an audio board fail. I fought again and I received the board but again it was installed at my own expense. Now the main PCB board has failed. Waiting on a call back next week on this issue from Jonesboro, AK to avoid the same old tap dance from the distributor Tan Marketing.

Re: Ergoline Passion 34/3

Sometimes it takes awhile for Ergoline to get things right. I bought all Soltron/ergoline equipment for my salon in 2005. In the first 6 months all the bottom acrylics in all my beds had spider webbing cracking in them. Ergoline said they were defective from the mfg. and replaced them, that one time. They all failed within the next year and I replaced them with acrylics from Loop. I haven't had a problem since, so I don't know if Ergoline has ever solved the cracking problem. I must add, that other then the bad acrylics, My Soltron equipment has been bulletproof, and I love their beds.
