I took over ownership of a tanning salon a month ago. A week ago, a customer told me that the left and right facial bulbs would come on and then go off one at a time. I assumed it was the bulbs so I replaced them but they are still turning off. Can anyone help?

Sounds like their over heating or its getting to warm in the room. There are censers on each lamp that will shut them off if to hot.
Check the fans on the unit and make sure they are all working.

I checked all of the fans and they are working. Any other ideas?

replace the censers, their round on the side of the lamp casset with 2 wires on them.
To get to them you need to pull the top cover off the bed. There will be 2 screws holding the lamp casset in place, remove them and drop the casset down.

As long as your taking the bed apart, I would also replace the starters. Their round cylinders with 4 wires each'

Which fans are you looking at. They would be the ones that sit on top of the facials. You look through the top. Just because they are turning, does not mean they are working. shove something in there and see if it stops. Fans should be blowing down. toward the lamp.

There is no reason to change the "igniter" if the lamp is lighting.
