243 vac to much?

I have a 2004 Tropical Rayz 16-32/1 bed and is rated for 220volt 30amp 3480watt but when I contacted the company the guy I talked to said 230 + - 10. I checked the voltage in the shop and got 243vac without a load on it. Will that be ok or should I look for a Buck Booster and if so which one. Any advice would be great Thanks!
