TMax help!!

I have 2 separate issues occurring in different rooms of my salon, so I will try to explain each as best I can in hopes for some help!

#1: The TMax in the room does not light up. The power & ground wires that run into the TMax are working properly - when they touch the bed does power on. We have tried other TMax's that we know are working from other rooms and have the same issue. We know it is not the actualy TMax itself because it works in other rooms.

#2: The TMax Manager at the front of the salon will not read one of my beds. It does not show the bed is connected - but the TMax in the room does have power and says "0". I don't know what would cause this - a wire unplugged, etc. The bed does have power to itself but it does not register on the TMax.

We purchased an existing salon and are still new to this technical stuff regarding the beds and TMax timers. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Re: TMax help!!

Problem one: the power supply for the timer is bad or not plugged in.

Problem two: the comm chip is bad in the timer, or the timer is not properly addressed, or the cable is unplugged or damaged, or if the highest number in the salon then the max bed number on the manager may not be set high enough.

All manuals available here www.appdig.com which will explain the addressing and other programming.
