Dr. Muller onyx body fan won't work - tanTALK

I have a Dr. Muller Onyx tanning bed. The body fan doesn't come on. Any ideas what could be wrong? Wiring maybe?

Maybe the 3-way switch.

If it's the fan, I have some used ones.
