Cayenne shutting down

Hello,

I wanted to know if someone has had this issue on an cayenne or S-Class, where the bed shuts down and you have to reset the cutoff switch located on on of the HP Facials.

In the past I have had trouble with front facial farest from the cooling fans, and I'm trying to see if I have a bigger problem.

Re: Cayenne shutting down

Check what your voltage is. Check and make sure all your fans are operating correctly. What facials are you running?

Re: Cayenne shutting down

I'm running heraeus new colors. for now. All the fans run, I'm just not sure on how to check if they are running at correct speeds.

It's worth noting that i recently replaced, the ignitor/mounting disk/facial for the front facial. At times this bulb has bubbled up, the grounding wires always seem to burn or at least brown.

Re: Cayenne shutting down

I have a Cayenne. When this happened to us, the room was getting hot etc. I just assumed it was running back to back but... lo and behold the vent was blocked so that the hot air was coming into the room. Apparently, for the colder states(not us) you can drop a partition in the vent and the hot air from bed can warm up salon. We ended up putting a screw in it just to make sure it never dropped again.

Re: Cayenne shutting down

Yes vented into drop ceiling. I opened the vent to make sure it was dust free, and also took away any slack in the venting. I have also replaced the front decor lighting since when they get old the (2) 30watt bulbs would get pretty hot and they are seated right in front of an intake for the facials.
