Electrical Question

I have a electrical question. I have a tanning bed I just moved out of a room to replace, all my beds are hard-wired. I have 4 wires coming out of the wall but only 3 coming out of the bed. What should I do, am I going to have to have the wall re-wired?

Any help is appreciated.

Re: Electrical Question

What bed is it?

Some beds require 2 hots and a ground other require 3 hots and a ground or maybe 2 hots a ground and a neutral. All depends on the bed.

Re: Electrical Question

Your sunbed operates from a 220V AC power source.

The SOLARIS® 36 SPEED® System
requires a dedicated circuit capable of providing 30 Amp service.

The SOLARIS® 36 3F SPEED® System

requires a dedicated circuit capable of providing 40 Amp service.

This unit must be hardwired directly to a junction box.
