..I'd highly recommend talking with her if you decide to keep tanning. Sunsally is reliable...she knows many in the biz, so perhaps a local installer too

Good move. With that said, she'll probally tell you to keep the bed. Good that your calling her bluff. Like Black Sun said, it should be included in the sale anyway.

The bulbs in the bed haven't been changed in over 3 years but customers hav been asking if we changed them. They say that the bulbs feel like they're hotter. Almost unbearable. Is that normal or could it b that something's wrong with the bed?

Age of the lamps doesn't affect heat output. Check that the fans are working correctly. The bed could be over-heating.

I thought maybe that could b the problem but it sounds like the fan is kicking on after a minute or 2. Idk what else it could b?!?!

There could be any where from 3 - 5 fans on that bed. The bottom fans could be cloged with dirt.

No its not. One of he fans was out so we hav to replace it. That's why it was getting so hot.
