Equipment upgrades?

What are you changing in your salons in the next couple of months? New beds? A new spray booth? Lets hear about it.

Re: Equipment upgrades?

Possibly going to add a big vhr bed, like a Soltron Blueberry or one with the 200 watt lamps. Yesterday, the wife and I drove to pick up a different spray booth, as I junked my Magic 3000. The new unit was a Mistic Innovation, and the salon owner had his technician there to take it apart and help me load it up in the trailer. Well, to make a long story short, this booth looked alright from the outside, but internally, it was a mess. Being this tech, really didn't know what he was doing in the disassembly, I decided after watching him cannabiize this booth, to tell him I didn't want it. I'm sure glad I didn't give him the cash before he started, because I would have been just sick in thinking what I had bought. I'm also thankful, I didn't send the guy the money and have it shipped.

Re: Equipment upgrades?

Blueberry is a fantastic bed! I also have some V2 Sungates if the Berry is not in your budget.

Re: Equipment upgrades?

I might be interested in your Sungate v2. I have a salon that needs some updates. Can you email me some info on them...including price?

Re: Equipment upgrades?

This is such a simple question that has me pulling my hair out!!!! I am expanding. Looking to add a number of beds once the expansion is done. Right now I am widening my main floor to hopefully add a stand-up or two, then eventually, down to the lower level to add a Sungate and a Baby X type bed to start. My problem? PECO. I have been waiting for them for months. The hurricane put my work on the back burner, I am sure, but aside from their initial inspection, no return phone calls. I can not begin until I find out how much they will allow me to add as my electric is underground. It will get done, just not on my timetable, it seems!!!! Life in the big city!!!
