Talking Going from 6 beds to 5 so I can put a spray booth in?

We currently have a salon with the following equipment.
1 Ergoline Avantgaurd 600 - 12 minute max
1 Sun Dash Stand up - 12 minute max
2 Ergoline level two beds - 15 min max
2 Ergoline level one b2ds - 15 min max
We spray tans with a lesser known brand - and the business is down due to intense competition and only spray tan establishments entering the immediate area. I purchased the salon late last year. Here are my ideas for improvement - but looking for advice - Please!

1. Purchase the new spray booth will also allow space for custom airbrushes. This takes us from only airbrush service to spray booth services at a lower price point, giving me the opportunity to do local ads.
2. Currently we do airbrush tams in our stand up room. It's really a jury rigged situation. We have created a airbrush corner buy pulling down black blinds to spray the customer in the corner. The rooms are open ceiling so the venting is not needed, however a newer machine with venting would be a plus. It's also getting into the stand up machine through the vents. Our tech tells me that it will eventually ruin the stand up bed - quoted me $1000 to clean it and said the machine was not worth it.
I want to take the stand up unit out of that room, get a spray booth system and either move the stand up to another room of get rid of it.

3. We have to replace the level one beds, they're old and breaking frequently. Upgrading them makes sense financially and gives the salon fresh image. The level ones and twos are almost constantly in use. The stand up had the bulbs changed last May and has only 160 hours on it. However those of you who have salons know that there are times when only a stand up bed sill do. To remove it is to send a few of my customers to another salon. But, we have no more room to build out.
4. Or I can keep the stand up and loose one of the Level One beds, but again, they get more use than the stand up and are cheaper to maintain.

I am taking a 6 bed salon, changing it to a 5 bed salon, with two new beds, and enhancing our spray tan services.

So... what would you experienced owners do?
