Rep Power: 0 | Red Light Therapy bed suggestion Greetings; What is a reasonablly priced red light therapy bed to use in a salon? I don't see many choices out there, and don't want to convert a uv bed. Thanks for your professional opinion! ARTLOR |

Rep Power: 21 | Re: Red Light Therapy bed suggestion Really? So I made $60k+ for years and I was scamming people? I have almost a hundred B&A photos showing great improvement and it's a lie? Please defend your comment; what basis do you have to make such a claim as: "Red Light Therapy is a scam"? Do you understand photobiology? Do you understand how a tan happens? Do you understand the basic principles of Collagen production?

Rep Power: 21 | Re: Red Light Therapy bed suggestion All were very happy and most of that money was from repeat clients. People don't spend money when they don't get results. Don't feel bad that you are too inept to understand how or why it works; it’s not your fault. I read a great article on Yahoo the other day that said incompetent people are too incompetent to know they are. I guess they were referring to people like you who just insult other people and objects out of frustration of their own shortcomings; kind of sad really. When backed into a corner you can’t even simply explain your position, you just throw out insults. All I asked you for was evidence to support your position; you could not provide any. So to you I say; carry on with your bad self. Keep on hating and complaining and enjoy the life that comes from all that negativity. To others reading this, do some research and make sure to get a unit that does work and enjoy the fruits of your success.

Rep Power: 22 | Re: Red Light Therapy bed suggestion I wouldn't say red light therapy is a scam, but a salon would have to have the right mix of services to make red light a profitable part of the business. Marketing is the key, and a salon that just offers UV and spray tanning , would have a hard time justifing buying a red light bed. You would never recoup your cost and the money would be better spent on a new UV bed. |

Rep Power: 21 | Re: Red Light Therapy bed suggestion Agreed; it is not simply an "add on" service. You’re either in or not. You must treat it like a separate division in your business. You must: Market it Offer a full consultation Take serious B&A pictures Follow up constantly with clients Perfect your protocol (timing & duration) Offer good products to use with the service Offer at-home products to fuel the results Not over-sell it Know the science behind it

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Red Light Therapy bed suggestion As the others have stated, you have to have the right spa services to make RLT work. It does work, both my husband and I are perfect examples. He was in an accident were he split his lip open, it healed perfectly, along with reducing his crows feet. It significantly removed wrinkles on my chest and face, especially when used in conjunction with our skin care services and products. I got both a microdermabrasion and chemical peel. We are very clear in stating that not all clients receive the same results. It does help with other things, but clients need to be aware its not a miracle worker and that they have to follow up with good skin care, change in eating and drinking habits, and exercise. Like anything else. RLT is not scum.....don't be a jealous hater. Hope you did your homework and changed your mind. |
