Unhappy Help with FST Timer and TanTrack

PLEASE HELP US! We have a FST timer, 9 beds and a Mystic Tan, and we use TanTrack software. Our problem is: In the TanTrack software all beds will go "Unavailable" out of the blue. Also, sometimes when we put a person in a room, the timer starts timing down before the person is ready, just on its own! Sometimes a bed will start before the person touches the button on the wall. All kinds of weird things are happening. We have replaced the computer and bought TanTrack recently. Still having the issues. (Yes, the baud rate is set correctly.) So, we are thinking about replacing the timer, even though Hap says his timer is fine, we believe the timer is the issue. We are thinking about going with a TMax, even though we will have to re-wire the entire salon.
We are asking for inputs and some advice, please!
