Matrix L28 vs Matrix L28 DEC unit

I am debating about purchasing a Matrix L28 (regular one) or the Matrix L28 - D.E.C model which apperantly has a better power consumption.

Any thoughts ?

not only does it have better power consumption, it will boost the power as the lamps get weaker so you have a good tan from #1 till the end. I would spend the extra
