Ambitions 300 Ergoline???

We have bulbs that won't start and/or turn off during use, any ideas on how to fix? The bulbs are all within 3months old. Would we need new starters??

Thanks

Starters would be the first thing to check, but after the lamps are lit, the starters have nothing to do with keeping them lit. Have you recently moved the bed?

Check your voltage. It should be around 230v those beds don't run right when you get bellow 226v or so.

Re: Ambitions 300 Ergoline???

Nonsense. The beds will light as low as 200 volts. 230 is required for optimum performance. It is not voltage unless it is connected to a 120 volt breaker. Starters last for years. I doubt it is starters.

Check all plugs in the bottom to ensure that they are fully seated and check connections at the contactor and main block. Make sure that it is wired for either single or three phase based on what you are feeding the bed with.

Make sure that you do not have a neutral connected to the main. Hots only.

Youre joking. 200v? That bed will flicker like a strobe light that low.
