As the post states, i am in need of help with my Mystic Spray Booth. It is the older Blue one.

Here's the lowdown.

Hose comes up from solution tank pump, connects to T, goes to coupler with three (3) nozzles out, one for each spray nozzle, then to small hoses then to spray nozzle located in booth. have replaced the relay at T (was told this was it) now when the machine is powered on and spraying, solution is leaking from the inlet hose connected to T, but there is solution (very little) coming out of 3 nozzle coupler.

i am looking for any help i can get. i have pictures of connections in email if that will help. If you have a manual or troubleshooting guide in .pdf form or anything, it would truly be apprieciated.

First off make sure the arrows on your check vales are pointed toward the nozzles. Also make sure your nozzles are not clogged. If your T fittings are not broken than it sounds like pressure is building up somewhere.

I have had the same problem with the solution spitting out of the nozzles. Your t bar may be clogged but you may also need to replace the cylinders that pump and forward the solution . I have had those start too and completely sieze up and that will cause the sporadic dispensing of the solution in the booth.

It the Pump in meter disconnect the hose and see which one no spray
