PC marketing.. worst customer service..

What is wrong with these guys? Are they on the verge of bankruptcy? Ive been trying to order parts for my UWE bed and all I get from them is "we'll call you right back." They have been saying that they would call back right away for over a week now and they never called back. It seems like they dont want my money. I actually find it easier to get parts for my Dr. Mueller bed which is officially out of business. WTF

Agreed--Korri is solid. Never a problem.

Paul is always concerned for his customer--nice to see the offer online w/ direct contact should the need arise.
