Clean bed on Helios+T-max? - tanTALK

This may be a stupid question but what do I do in Helios 12 to change the beds from 'dirty' to 'ready'? Some of the T'max timers are in the wall, but some are built into the beds so there are no buttons to push or hold down. Helios tech support was completely useless. I'm hating Helios at this point, but it's what we have. :(

I know how to clear them on the TMax pro (time/enter/0) but is there a way to do it on helios through the computer?

I appreciate any help!

The ones with the TMax on the wall I know to hold the up or down button for 3-5 seconds and it resets, but like I said, some don't have the Tmax on the wall.

Clean room is a feature of the T-Max, not Helios. Helios just displays infor from the T-Max. You need to clear it at the Manager or the room timer. The built in ones on the beds have to have a start button so use the start or set button on the bed to reset.

Thanks. I was having issues with my Solarix X2, but figured out to hold the 'up' fan button 3 seconds inside the bed. I swear this setting up for Saturday opening is just making me brain dead.
