ULTRABRONZ 950 ... HELP NEEDED / PLEASE - tanTALK

OK, so here is what i have....ultrabronz 950, its has been acting up lately. Last week, at start up, it tripped the breaker, first time ever. Today, at start up, was making horrible grinding type noise, we shut it down. So far, i have had electrician out to check voltage and connection at the breaker, everything good. All connections at the bed are good as well. Looked at every last wire inside and nothing burnt or fried out. I have good voltage at the bed when running. He is telling me its "something" with the bed. Ultrabronz called it a fluke, electrical surge. Can anyone of the bed gurus out there help?? PLEASE. I am very able to work on it, i just need ideas as to what is going on and where to start.

Did you ever get this resolved? I have a 950 with wiring issues, I think. Have replaced the coil in the main contactor and circuit control board and am still getting a burning smell. Running out of ideas and not getting much help from techs.

Check Fans, maybe something log into the cage?

Remove the end cap at head of canopy (left side of bed) and look at the terminal connections.
