Ultrasun Sunburst 4000/0 X/L wiring diagram - tanTALK

Ultrasun Sunburst 4000/0 X/L
I bought one of these and have no idea what the wiring order is on the ballast tray? The wires lay about like they go but I can't trust that.
Any idea where to get one, Made in 06/2000.

I have a manual with wiring diagrams for a US4000/0. It is about 60 pages.

What do you want for it? Or will you scan the wiring diagram possibly?

The block on the left was easy, they are numbered (both wire and block)

On the right nothing is numbered and I just put them where they fell.

yup....You can pretty much just figure it out by lining them up.

I'm not sure if they are right? Or why the wires are not numbered on that side. Maybe it is not critical where they go as long as the color is correct?

I guess i will find out when i get the diagram

Hey Robert,
Not to rush you but when do you think you will send the wiring diagram?
I have Psoriasis and can't go too long without treatment, theses beds work wonders with that disease. i still have my old bed but it is nowhere near a power source.

Gab, for the most part if you look at the way the wires and plugs are tied togeather, you'll get a good idea to where they all line up.

After them being in the bed for "X" amount of years, they start to take on a "shape" from being tie wrapped togeather. So if the whip with the plugs on it, is laying down in front of the plugs on the ballast tray, you'll see what I mean.

If ya can, take some more pictures (not to close up) of the ballast tray, with the whip laying there, and I can give you a good idea of what goes where.
