Question Help with Thermojet Please

Hi I just added a used Thermojet that I bought used off of ebay. I have never used one before and I am wondering if someone can tell meif it is functioning correctly? During a 40 minute session you do not get hot enough to sweat until maybe the last 10 minutes, and then it is not a lot. Is this how it is supposed to work? Also if anyone has a Domestic contact number for them that would be great too.
Thanks,
Amy

Re: Help with Thermojet Please

Amy,
I have the Thermojet Mofologic which sounds different from your machine but you get hot and not within the last 10 minutes. Although the muscle and joint pain programs are pretty low heat. The weight loss programs are much hotter.

I was not impressed with the service that I received from these distributors but you can try them. Sun Power Source 800-921-4020.

Good luck!

if it is like the formostar you start at 100 then drop down to 80, 90 or leave at 100 dependent on the person.

thermojet went out of business, so there are no contact numbers

Re: Help with Thermojet Please

Thermojet is manufactured by Enco and they have not gone out of business. The US Distributor is/was Sun Power Source and since they do not answer their phones I'm assuming they have went out of business.
