Honestly I would save up a little more money a get a good used bed for $1,500-$2,000. If not take a good look at the 732.

Used Ergoline 200, 250. Muller 35 or 35/3, Hearland 32 or 34, UWE Tropical.

I think I know where a 2003 Sunstar Speedsystem (32 x 100watt / 3 x 400watt) is for under a $1000 not to far from you. I've metered the bed and the lamps are in good shape but the bed needs to be detailed (cleaning and touch up paint)and needs a new timer ($40 from Heartland, I checked a month ago). If your interested I'll PM the owner and have them contact you.
