I just purchased a Sunstar 32zx3f and it just started sounding an alarm when the time is up and the bed won't shut off, it clicks but doesn't turn off?? The fans continuously run,....is that normal??
Please help.

It has a stuck contactor.

you replace it with a new one from ets or a qualified repair person
