Rep Power: 17 | Anyone with a Soliel X-Calibur? I have one. .the results are good, tanners love the "big bed" look.. but maintaining it sucks!! The fans in the top wear out very fast.. and the canopy acrylics have a tendency to fall out or get pushed into where the bulbs are.. are you having the same luck? |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Anyone with a Soliel X-Calibur? What is wrong with this bed? I have had the X-Calibur for 2 years now ( since I've opened my salon ) and I have nothing but problems! Sure, the bed is great and has great tanning results, but when the bed continously fails to operate properly I wonder if it's even worth it! The timer has gone out 3 times, the fan switch broke, the canopy fans are not working, the bottom arcylic broke, and just today, the top acrylic cracked! This is BAD FOR MY BUSINESS! I have to keep telling my clients that they cannot use the bed they bought a package for! Does anyone know what I can do to solve this issue? Soliel has been a BIG problem to deal with, and I don't know how to handle this! Its so FRUSTRATING! Any feedback would be appreciated! Thank you! |
