Rep Power: 0  | Wolff Bronzing Sun Lamps Okay - I can search all day and drive myself nuts. Any comments on the Wolff Bronzing Sun 100WR Lamps - I have Sonnebraun beds and was using Radiance and I am getting them replaced (complimentary by my disty) with these Wolff lamps, which, by the way, was recommended by Wolff. I value any serious responses..... |

Rep Power: 17 | Re: Wolff Bronzing Sun Lamps I'm not real sure on the 100watt but I just relamped my Prosun 40 with the Bronzing Sun Plus 160watt in the canopy and the Bronzing Sun 160watt in the base. So far I've got about 115 hours on them and they are metering around 45.0 top and bottom. Everyone seems to like the bed but I hate the way the ends of the lamps have already darkened really bad. I'll see how long they last to decide if I'll order anymore. |

Rep Power: 0  | Re: Wolff Bronzing Sun Lamps They are Cosmedico private label. All lamps get dark on the ends. That is just the nature on how florescent lamps operate. If they are getting really dark then you are skimping on A/C. Not the lamps fault. Does not affect performance. Get over it. |

Rep Power: 28 | Re: Wolff Bronzing Sun Lamps I had seriously thought about putting a black vinyl strip to the outside of my Sungate's acrylic to mask the blackening from the previous lamps. I know it doesn't mean anything about the lamp, but it does look bad and has the perception of old lamps. Why don't lamp manufacturers make the inside of that opaque at the ends so it isn't seen as easily?
