ergo affinity 800 - tanTALK

Anyone tried this unit. How was it? Also how would it compare to an ergo 600, this is my level 3 bed. Should I put it on the same level or higher.

If they both have A/C then same level.

I have a 500 then the next level up is Excellence 800 . The 800 has better facials and on extra plus A/C . With the same lamps the body tans similar in both .

next level the affinity 800 also has aqua mist and aromatherapy on it.

And the 600 you have is it a classic or evolution?

The facials on the Affinity are much more aggressive compared to the classic...... meaning the Affinity facials kick out a bit more UVB, but the facials on the classic will put out far more A.....

Renaissance is correct on the facial much stronger, the tan on the body will be almost the same as the classic we are talking one more lamp or so with the Affinity but I would charge a little extra becaue of the facials, air, and the aquamist and aromotherapy plus the overall look of the bed people will not mind paying the extra money for a more comfortable sesssion plus the acrylic is more comfortable as well.

I'd probably put them at the same "level" of tanning ability, but maybe try to charge a $1 upgrade for the "spa features" of the 800. Given a choice at the same price - many will choose the 800. Given the choice with the 800 costing $3 or more -- they will choose the 600.

The 600 classic has 140 watt ballast the 800 affinity has 160 watt ballast

The ballast are the power to the low pressure lamps
