Re: ERGOLINE OPEN SUN 1050

I guess it would depend on what you were looking for in a Hp bed. Someone on another forum had meter readings of the 1050. According to their readings, it was putting out 4 meds to the face in 8 minutes and to the body in 10 minutes. That does not sound like a Hp bed to me. Those are vhr numbers. You have defeated the advantage of a Hp bed with high uvb numbers. Why are you going to pay 40k-50k for a Hp bed that puts out numbers that you can get from a vhr bed 10k-20k cheaper? So you can say you have a Hp bed or it looks good? If I was looking to buy a Hp bed, I would look at the Magic and the Mastersun. They have very good tanning ability but with lower levels of uvb.

The 1050's specs shows 74 inch off the wall. Ergo expects a 2 room sacrifice?

How did you figure 74 inches off the wall needed? This is from the website (in cm), I don't see anything about 74 inches needed.

Re: ERGOLINE OPEN SUN 1050

I tanned in a 1050 back in Feb at a seminar, straight off the boat (everything was still in german on display panel)..... very relaxing, comfortable, AND good color, it was a GREAT experience!
