reset button???

I just moved a ets starpower from salon to home. I have assembled the unit but it won't come on. Is there some kind of reset button that I am missing???

I had an electrician wire the box and we assembled the bed. The lamps are installed and I checked the breaker. Not sure about the "kill switch" Where do I find it?

Did your electrician put one of the primary voltage feeds through the little red donut in the bottom of the unit?

I checked and there is a wire running through the red donut.

My son told me the other day that he was going to get me an "easy button" for Christmas :)
