Re: tan america beds?

I have Fiesta's the only advice to give you is you will have problems with the bottom acrylic and plastic strip that allows you to pop the acrylic quickly. Your staff will have problems with acrylic shifting. I will also reccomend using a 100W Reflector not from Tan America since they sell Voltarc. I highly reccomend LS 100 watt/reflector/ho=zxr Beach Sun.

I have 6 of the VIP 3200, this last time I ordered new acrylics they came with a different strip to hold it in place, much better than the old gold ones. Why don"t you like the TA lamps?

Re: tan america beds?

In response to Tan America Bulbs, have you metered them in comparison to when Light Source had a contract with Tan America ? Tan America stopped dealing with LS because LS wasn't willing to use lesser grade phoshors which saved Tan America app. $2 per bulb, depending on make and such from dealing with Voltarc. Did you use the VIP Gold when Tan America was dealing with LS ? The bulbs were very impressive. Please do your research before jumping out there.

Re: tan america beds?

I have a bunch of T/A Santa Barbara's as level 1 beds. I've had them 3 years and have never had a problem with any.

I used TA lamps at the time manufactured by LS in Millenniums. Tan America beds are very dependable but the contract TA has with Voltarc is not a good match.
