Rep Power: 50 | Need to understand why I have read alot of comments in different posts about problems with Dr kerns Beds So I need to know who owns them and who is happy or unhappy and for what reasons We opened in Febuary of this year and all of our equipment is Dr kern 32/3's 42/4 Tandome This equipment ran non stop from Feb through the end of June when the slow season hit no overheating problems at all Great tanning results and every customer has had nothing but good to say Minor problems here or there that I'm sure you would or could have with any bed like a starter or a relay etc. The service has been excellent from the manufacturers service manager, the minor problems that have happened they have responded very quickly and worked with me to troubleshoot and get the part out to me overnight. We are in the proccess of doing some expansion in the salon over the summer and will be adding more equipment for the busy season and the way things have gone so far we will probably be adding more Dr Kern

Rep Power: 50 | Re: Need to understand why There really hasn't been any specifics from what I could find just comments about problems I am really wondering if it is a bed problem or lack of maintenance (keeping fans clean etc.) I saw at one point someone said something about the acrylics getting so hot you couldn't lay on them Like I said we had these things running non stop during the busy season and no problems So are people making comments about past units or current units ?
