Mystic Tan paid for itself in the first year. We have 2 and People still use it occasionally, but the hype is gone..Now for us it is HVLP custom airbrush ..It is a new for us and people just love it..I think people want something new and improved....No matter what it is....My suggestion is try everything out there...use it and then search for new and better...It seems to work for us..:)

Wait a minute... You mean that you have a Mystic Tan in your store, but you have more customers asking for a custom HVLP than use your Mystic???

I am just hoping this won't happen to us when we introduce airbrush (soon) even though Mystic is bought and paid for and people love it.

We had 2 Mystic booths in our store and HVLP. We sold one booth because nobody was using it. We only need one now. HVLP airbrush has gained popularity. NO customer errors. Customized color. People seem to like the "spa" one on one customer service..This is what happened here. We still have people who use Mystic, but we went from waiting lists to 10 people a day. or if that.

I think it is all about customers having choices. If something new is coming down the pike..we will get it..just because we are known for getting the newest thing out and Customers win...no matter what... people like the flash and they like to say hey I do the newest thing out..We are soooooooo trendy...thanks Media.. I think Mystic had its moment..but the moment has died...waiting for something "NEW"....VeraSpa...I'm not sure this is something I would invest in...

No. There is nothing wrong with you not filling out your profile. It is just that when people start talking about something like you did about the versaspit, I like to know if they are a user of the equipment or if they sell it. To me, it makes a big difference in how I view there comments. From what I understand, many salon owners are also dealers for the versaspit. Are you able to sell this unit for MagicTan? Do you own the unit you are talking about?
