puretan elipse III

does anyone know if you can run this bed at 246 volts without a buck booster i have heard that puretan beds can handle this much, wanting to hear others opinions.:glasses:

No do not run that system at that voltage you will shorten the life of the lamps and burn up components.

Buck it down as close to 230v as possible. 225v - 230v seems to be the average optimal operating voltage for most of the beds of that size and configuration from the manufacturers I'm familiar with. Good luck.
