Rep Power: 0 | Replacing facial tanning switch - any electrical issues? Ok, I am almost done cleaning up this mess the old owner left behind, have one crap bed (cant wait to get rid of it) that needs the facial tanner switch replaced, its a standard rocker switch that is stuck on off. 220v perfect sun 28 2f (now you know why I want it out) but I am assuming I can pick up a standard rocker arm switch and just swap it out... anyone got any tips on whether this will be an issue. |

I may be wrong here, so don't laugh (or be offended Ed - just trying to help), but I don't think the rocker switches are rated for "amps" necessarily, just voltage. ~ducking and covering JIC~

Most switches I found were rated 110v 16a and 220v 8-10a. It must of been the original switch, as I had a **** of a time getting it out and the wires were a little crispy on the ends.... replaced and back in service.... |
