So if ALL 6 internal fans are out in the bench of my Sundash 232, wouldn't the lamps go out too??? I could see just one or two fans dead, but all 6? I guess I didn't understand the mechanics of the bed like I thought. it got so hot, the pillow melted to the bed and the acrylic is now warped. And yes, I just dusted and cleaned the insides of all the beds Easter weekend. I haven't even had time to look at it yet, but what do you think is the problem??

I am still amazed the last client in that bed didn't say anything about how hot the bed was!!!

I'm willing to bet they came unplugged, or the relay has bit the dust....usually a relay will start makeing crazy noises so if that's not it I'm willing to bet that they are just unplugged as I've had this happen in a bed before. The fans would come on when you opened the lid, shut off when you closed it. Just a loose wire.

Brian may have hit the proverbial head of the nail there. Depending on how old your unit is, there is a fan control board in the canopy of the unit next to the power board that may have kicked the bucket. Do your network cords plug in to the canopy, or under the head end of the bench?

Probably just to order a new fan board. If you have another unit just like this one, you can take the fan board out of it and put into this unit to confirm a bad fan board. It's easy.
