Rep Power: 20 | Help I'm going to scream! We hooked up a 2002 Starpower 52-4 but the control panel on the bed that the customer uses does not light up. And the t-max manager pro doesn't even reconize it. The power gets to the bed because there is a green and red light that comes on in the ballast tray. Thank you, Valerie |

Rep Power: 21 | Re: Help I'm going to scream! The bed could have power but the control panel is energized by a voltage transformer. Make sure the connection to this is good. Check the voltage output of the transformer. |

When we first hooked the manager pro to it the bed did come on. Not the control panel on the bed though it never came on. Then I went to reprogram the manager to set an address for another bed and when I did I could not address the starpower back into it because I could not use the control panel to set the address. And now the manager won't even reconize it. | |
