Help I'm going to scream!

We hooked up a 2002 Starpower 52-4 but the control panel on the bed that the customer uses does not light up. And the t-max manager pro doesn't even reconize it. The power gets to the bed because there is a green and red light that comes on in the ballast tray.

Thank you,
Valerie

Make sure all the cables are connected and tight.

Re: Help I'm going to scream!

The bed could have power but the control panel is energized by a voltage transformer. Make sure the connection to this is good. Check the voltage output of the transformer.

yes it is.
When we first hooked the manager pro to it the bed did come on. Not the control panel on the bed though it never came on. Then I went to reprogram the manager to set an address for another bed and when I did I could not address the starpower back into it because I could not use the control panel to set the address. And now the manager won't even reconize it.
