Talking Non Reflector VS. Reflector Lamps

My questions is more of a technical nature. I dont want to know which you prefer but rather if anyone has any ideas to the percentage in increased output from a reflector lamp to a non reflector lamp. I was under the impression that it was a increase of about 20%, I was told by someone else it was 30% and my partner beleives it is 40%. Advice is welcome from Salon ownerd and equipment distributors but it would be nice to get some input from a lamp manufacturer.

Thank You in Advance
