Sunvision ZX30 won't reset.

I have a ZX30 that is now on a regular basic (3-5 times a day) will not reset after a tanning session. We have to kill power to the bed and then it's ok for a little while.

Any have this problem or a solution ??

(this is the same bed that a guy just weewee'd all over, but I'm not ready to talk about that yet....the problem was there before it got the shower)

Did your bed cleaner squirt solution on the reset button?

Re: Sunvision ZX30 won't reset.

Helios to t-max manager pro to 2004 ETS Sunvision ZX30.

It looks like the reset buttons is sealed. When it happens the display is normally displaying the 2 decimal points, but then it won't reset, the display is blank.

Is that a built-in timer on that unit?

Re: Sunvision ZX30 won't reset.

Yes, the time is set by t-max, but the count is kept and shown on the bed. It's the same all the ETS beds we have. Start button, stop button, time display, fan control, facial control (on larger beds).

Re: Sunvision ZX30 won't reset.

I see? Maybe there is simply a loose wire to the timer? I had a wall mounted t-max give me trouble once, and it was simply that.

Re: Sunvision ZX30 won't reset.

I haven't tried that. anyone want to save me the trouble of looking up the key strokes? What contact are you refering to? it uses the same button to start the bed and clear the bed, so it can't be the start button, cause it still works.

Re: Sunvision ZX30 won't reset.

I have the 2003 bed, same as yours. I have the exact same problem. Someone tans and the bed wont reset unless I switch the breaker. TMax alone wont reset it. I was going to ask dist. today. Ill let you know.
