Need Help on some Wiring on a Sun Up II

Ok so I had to dissasemble my 2002 Tan America Sun Up II booth to move it and some how the wiring for the fans got undone....I need to know how to wire up the blue box ontop of the unit so that the fans will kick on....does anyone know which wires go where or where to find a wiring diagram for it ...

Well the folks at Tan America came through for me by provided a wiring diagram and I was albe to complete the wiring and fire it right up-
